Running April-June 2025, Project SPARK empowers Zakarpattia youth aged 14-20 to influence local decisions by combining self-advocacy trainings, an online rights-awareness campaign, a hands-on visit to Uzhhorod City Council, and joint focus groups with officials that will generate concrete youth-led policy recommendations

The project strengthens student self-government by developing students’ leadership skills, improving organization and communication, and fostering collaboration with school administrations and local authorities to increase its impact on school life

Student Leadership Bridge empowers Ukrainian school parliaments by adapting best practices from U.S. student governments. Based on interviews with American students, the project developed tailored trainings to strengthen leadership, organization, and student voice in Ukrainian schools
