Student Leadership Bridge Project Report
Executive Summary
Student Leadership Bridge was a pilot initiative designed to bring proven practices from U.S. student governments to Ukrainian schools. Through interviews with American student leaders and a close partnership with Waukee Northwest High School Student Government, the project developed a set of training modules and consultation sessions tailored to the Ukrainian context. Although the pilot reached a small number of participants, it produced practical materials, strengthened international collaboration, and directly informed subsequent projects with broader reach.
